Before you email

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, it’s useful to include:

• The device you’re using (for example, iPhone 15 Pro) and your iOS version.
• The version of QuietStack you have installed.
• A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
• Steps to reproduce the issue, and a screenshot if it helps illustrate the problem.

Managing your subscription

QuietStack subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store. To view, change, or cancel your subscription, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Billing and refund requests are managed by Apple; you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

QuietStack keeps your data on your device and collects no personal information. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
