Terms of Use

Last updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yardwork Baseball IQ mobile application (the “App”), provided by QuietStack (“QuietStack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or coach.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.

The service

Yardwork is a baseball-education app that presents game-situation questions and drills across skill levels, and includes an optional “Teams” feature that lets a coach create a team and invite players to join with a code, share practice assignments, and track results. We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

Free tier and subscriptions

The App is free to download and includes free content (the “Sandlot” level). Access to all other levels and to certain Teams capabilities requires a paid auto-renewable subscription (“Yardwork Pro” or a “Team” plan). Current subscription options are:

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may vary by region; the exact price is always shown in the App before you confirm a purchase. Prices are subject to change, and any change will be presented to you before it takes effect.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Subscriptions are purchased through, and billed by, the Apple App Store. The following terms apply to all auto-renewable subscriptions:

Because purchases are handled by Apple, refund requests are managed by Apple in accordance with its policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Team plans and access

A Team plan allows a coach to provide access to players who join that coach’s team using a join code, up to the seat limit shown in the App. Team access is tied to the coach’s active subscription; if the coach’s Team subscription lapses, the associated team access may end. You are responsible for the join codes you share and for the people you invite to your team.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the Teams feature, including by entering unlawful, offensive, or infringing content, impersonating others, or attempting to access data belonging to teams you are not a member of. We may suspend or remove content or access that violates these Terms.

User-entered content

You are responsible for the information you enter into the App, such as team names and player names. When using the Teams feature, you should follow the guidance in our Privacy Policy — for example, using a first name, nickname, or initials rather than a full name. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The App, including its questions, drills, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by QuietStack or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete. The App is an educational tool and is not a substitute for professional coaching or instruction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuietStack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Apple

These Terms are between you and QuietStack only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where superseded by mandatory local consumer-protection law that applies to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and any changes become effective when posted here. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
